Is it true that there are MLM secrets? Is there something like the “holy grail” of Network Marketing that once you find it you can turn yourself to a superstar MLM recruiter overnight and make untold riches?

Since I am in a good mood today, I am going to let you into the biggest secret in the Network Marketing industry that the top elite is keeping for themselves all those years under a huge, mystic, underground, arcane, cabalistic, cryptic (should I go on?) conspiracy. So they can make all the money in MLM leaving the small distributor out.

So here it goes:

The biggest secret in MLM is that there is no secret

The only thing that separates the average distributor that struggles to build his business from the successful superstar who’s making $100,000+ a year is the work that put in and the necessary skills he learned. Like in any other field success is coming from knowing what to do and doing it. The more time you spend to learn how to do it and the more time you spend doing it the more successful you get and as a result the more money you make.

As about the knowledge you need, there is no secret there also. There are a lot of books, ebooks, CDs or even websites full of free content on prospecting and also, equally important, on personal development. One has to spend time going through that information find what suits him and then start testing and implementing those strategies and techniques. There can be a difference between online and offline techniques. If you do prospecting online you need more technical skills, whereas offline social skills would be more important. Nevertheless most of the successful marketers combine both off and on line prospecting methods but there are also many that specialize in only one method and are still very successful. The choice is yours.

So don’t waste your time complaining or trying to find the next big company in Network Marketing that can help you achieve your dream. Learn everything that the company can teach you, ask your sponsor for further material to read and of course search on your own. Never assume anything for certain and always test whatever you are learning, inaction is a bad habit that you have to overcome if you want to move forward.
