Why MLM Is The Perfect Home Business

A lot can be said on the advantages that Network Marketing can offer to its participants. Advantages that separate it from other traditional forms of doing business and benefit people with no entrepreneurial experience and knowledge on the subject.

In fact, our business model can be seen as a sort of school that educates and trains average citizens on how to become successful and escape the quadrants of employees and self-employed and enter those of business owners and investors as Robert Kiyosaki outlines them in his cashflow quadrant book.

But let’s have a look in the 5 greatest advantages that makes multi-level marketing a must.

First, the entry cost is very low. Most companies require a small sign up fee and a small monthly autoship, in most cases less than $100. Compare this with a brick & mortar business in which your expenses would run into thousands of dollars with all the inventory purchases and the leasing for the facilities and you understand that you need deep pockets to survive there. In Network Marketing no one is asking you to deplete your savings account (if anyone have such a thing these days) or get into debt through business loans.

Second, you do have your personal business coach for free. This is no one else but your sponsor and sometimes the whole team behind him can assist you there if he hasn’t still that experience. Offline you know that a business consultant would charge hundreds of dollars by the hour whether you succeed or not. That would be your own problem. But in our model your recruiter makes no money from you unless you succeed and you start generating an income. Don’t fool yourself that he is profiting from your autoship cause the amount he gets from that is only pennies.

Your sponsor and his team have every incentive to help you turn profitable and do whatever they can to assist you, otherwise they won’t profit from you. That concept is well embedded in the multilevel marketing model and something unique that you can’t find elsewhere.

Third, you are only required to focus on marketing in order to grow your home based business. You don’t have to store merchandise or manage warehouses. No employees and offices with all the troubles and headaches that can cause you. Your job is to start making sales and create your own powerful sales team that can duplicate your methods and you in return would get commissions based on their performance. The company takes care of all the logistics and non-marketing related aspects of the business.

Fourth, you have great flexibility. You can set your own hours of work and the time that you would spend building your organization. Because of that you don’t have to quit your day job that pays the bills, before you start making a profit, which is a great advantage for the average would be entrepreneur. More than that, you can also move to another part of the country without that hurting your business or sometimes even to another continent.

Fifth, MLM is the route to Residual Income. Once your downline reaches a critical level it can become a hands free asset that can generate you passive income. Income that you don’t have to put any more work in it, in order to get it. The people you have trained are building your business now at the same time they’re building theirs. That is the most powerful concept of Network Marketing and a key point that can lead you to become financially free.
