Additional Ways To Promote And Advertise Your MLM Business

We talked about SEO and PCC in the last two posts, the two basic traffic sources that can send usually great numbers of visitors and it’s now time to have a quick look at the most noteworthy methods of what’s left.

1. Writing Articles

That method can be used both for SEO and drive traffic directly, but it can also be used for only lead generation. You set up a lead capture page and you start writing like a maniac and submit your articles to directories. You don’t care about search engines and rankings here as your purpose is to gather leads. You only care about the traffic.

2. Banners or other types of ads on various websites

Not the best method nowadays but they can serve you well if you are interested mostly in branding your business, your website or yourself. Of course, you may also do this through Google Adwords or other advertising networks instead of dealing directly with webmasters.

3. Traffic exchanges

No, don’t try to do the surfing yourself. Buy some traffic and send it to a webpage designed to capture leads. These places are full of people that are interested in making money from home but you have to do it right in order to see results.

4. Using Classifieds free or paid ones

Some of these sites have a lot of traffic and if you do it right you can get traffic or much better generate leads.

5. Social Bookmarks

Forget of generating leads from there, too hard to do it, only traffic.

6. Ezine Advertising

Advertise at others newsletters whether by putting a small ad on their regular emails or by solo email, a broadcast dedicated to you.

7. Press Releases

Very powerful method and can also help your seo efforts.

8. Advertise on Facebook

The social network facebook launched recently it’s advertising program where you can target its users based on their demographics.

9. Post on forums

Forum posting can send you targeted traffic and it’s free.

10. Leave comments on high traffic websites like blogs or article directories

Again a free and good method to draw some of its readers to your own site.

11. Upload videos to sites like youtube

12. Create viral applications or reports

13. Write an ebook and give it for free

Also allow others to distribute it freely for building their lists or whatever purpose and put in links pointing to your site.

There are more smaller methods that someone can use, but as we move down, the traffic they can send gets smaller. Of course, the time I am writing this there may be people using methods that most of us don’t have a clue about them yet, and they are laughing all the way to the bank as they quietly dig their goldmines.

When it comes to advertising the only limit is your imagination. Wherever there are eyeballs you have potential visitors, you only have to find a way to draw their attention. But bear in mind that not all traffic is the same, you need traffic that you can convert. People who are interested in what you have to offer.
