MLM Training Is Your Responsibility

The most important thing in multilevel marketing is no doubt the training. After all, most new distributors when they start don’t have a clue, let alone any experience in marketing, and need a lot of help and guidance for sure.

Companies are aware of it and make teaching their first priority. They know that their success depends upon your success so they don’t take the subject lightly. Of course, not everyone offers the same curriculum and you can find a lot of them lacking training on essential things and most importantly on new things on marketing and advertising.

Most of times its not due to neglect, but things change, some times rapidly, especially if you are using the Internet, and so they are left behind. By the time they would adapt new methods would surface making some of the old ones obsolete. It’s like the dog chasing his tail but never reach it. Of course, there are also methods that stand the test of time, and when the crowd abandon them chasing the new fad they can become real goldmines due to the low competition.

As you can understand under such circumstances a big responsibility for your training falls on you own shoulders and your sponsor’s. That thing is not always bad as it gets you faster to the point of becoming yourself responsible for the knowledge that you acquire.

I know that many people would prefer a few tips and simple methods with “that’s all you need to do”, but unfortunately unless you throw a few hundred thousands dollars for a brick and mortar franchise it doesn’t work like that. Network Marketing may be cost less to start with, and be more flexible, but it comes with a price. A price that some may see it as a blessing. It’s nothing else but entrepreneurialism.

You heard a lot of times MLM been mentioned as your private franchise or as a form of such, but it has more in common with entrepreneurship than with a “sterile” franchise. It requires creativity, innovation and personal development from yourself. The willingness to learn new things, to explore and apply new concepts and ideas.

It consumes you in the process and destroys what you used to be. It kills all your bad habits and everything negative inside yourself that stands in front of you, blocking your way to success. Whether you succeed or not, one thing is for sure, you would never surface as the same person again.
