Do You Ask Your MLM Prospects The Right Questions?
May 19th, 2008 | by Chris |They say that the right questions give you the right answers, but do you make use of them when you talk or communicate with a prospect? Or you go about bombarding him with the presentation and the details of your MLM business with the only things being asked the typical questions just to be friendly and open him up?
If you really want to increase your chances of converting your prospect to a distributor you need to talk to him not only in a way that he can relate with you, but about what he wants to hear from you. What you would tell him is very important and is the thing that would determine whether he would decide to join you in your multilevel marketing business or not.
And the thing your prospect wants to hear from you is how your network marketing business would help him achieve what he wants. That’s right he only cares about himself and not about how great the company is or how awesome products you have and what you are going to do with your first one million dollars that you’ll make.
He is a human being like us and we humans are very selfish creatures even when we are altruists. That’s right even when you do unselfish things you are not doing it just for doing it. You do it for the feeling you get. You still get something and if it wasn’t for the emotional reward you would have never indulge yourself into such a behavior.
So your would be associate wants to hear only one thing (beside the obvious one “is it working?”
). How your MLM is going to help him achieve what he has in his mind. His real dream he wants to make reality. His big why. And not everyone has the same why or your own why.
And no the material possessions is not the real why. There is an emotion always under that that supports it. The material thing is always an expression of the underlying feeling.

But how do you know about his real reason, the emotion that he needs to satisfy?
You don’t, and that’s why you have to ask him. That’s why you have to ask the right questions that would help you go deep inside himself and find out. The questions that would make him tell you his big why.
After that all you have to do is connect the “dots” and tell him how are you going you and your network marketing business help him go after it.
