What About The $200 Goal members In Your MLM Downline?

Do you have any plans and course of action for them or do you concentrate only on those with big goals and dreams that aspire to become leaders and build huge networks with thousand of distributors?

Unfortunately, not everybody who is looking for a business opportunity is in the mindset of the entrepreneur that wants to build something big that would give him financial freedom and the lifestyle he wants. Most of them are more in a work from home mentality looking for an additional way to supplement their income whether for securing the necessities of life or affording some of its luxuries.

Such individuals often end up as a prospects to network marketers and many times they join their MLM opportunity. And here the trouble begins as the sponsor is talking about passive income, freedom, and a carefree lifestyle while the recruit is seeking only a few extra hundred dollars to spent. His why is totally different and he cannot connect with the dream his sponsor is trying to sell to him.

Such a conflict is usually costing much time to both without anyone accomplishing what he wanted. This usually ends with the new member quiting bittered and disappointed.

Of course on a first look, someone would suggest that you shouldn’t bother with people who don’t have a big why and big dreams for their life and future. But looking closer into it, first, you exclude the majority of opportunity seekers, and second, some times even these individuals down the road may change their attitude and mindset. Their “appetite” for success may grow and start seeking to become true leaders and business builders in order to reach their new goals in life.

Many people didn’t start with big goals and great dreams but they ended up accomplishing a lot and succeeded. When I first came in contact with multi level marketing I wasn’t looking for a financial vehicle to help me realize my dreams. I was looking for a monthly income that could enable me to quit my job and live on it.

If you set up an MLM system to attract and help this kind of people. Not to become great leaders and unstoppable downline builders. But to start earning just a couple hundred of dollars primarily for retailing. Besides from getting yourself some extra commissions you would have the opportunity to work with them trying to instill to them the virus of success.

There may be a great potential there hiding that can explode the speed of growth of your network marketing business. It may take more time to develop, but it can worth many many times the investment you would be making in money and time to prepare such a set up and maintaining it.

After all don’t forget that there is no one without a strong why. A reason that multilevel marketing can help him satisfy. It is just buried deep inside them waiting for a chance to come to the surface and take charge.
