Finding the best MLM company to join is not easy task. Everyone wants to join a business opportunity that would give him the chance to expand quickly and come into profits as quickly as possible while last for decades. But separating that company from the plethora that operate today is extremely difficult. If you take a close look at the network marketing market for some period of time you would notice that out of the hundreds of new opportunities that come into existence every year most of them can’t make it the first two months. As you can understand under such a harsh environment is not easy to spot the right opportunity and you should be double cautious before you join one and put your precious capital to risk.

So your are thinking about entering the Network Marketing Industry and wondering how to go about choosing the best mlm company?

First of all, I want to welcome you to what I believe to be one of the most rewarding industries on the planet for creating wealth and time freedom. You’re in the same exact place I was about a year ago when I decided to re-enter the network marketing world.

With the seemingly endless supply of new MLM companies I found it difficult to differentiate the truth from hype when it came to choosing the best MLM company for me.

Every marketer will of course tell you that they have the best MLM or Network Marketing Opportunity.

And for the most part they are telling you the truth, they all do have the best MLM company - but its one that is right for THEM and not necessarily right for you.

So what should YOU look for to find the best MLM company for you?

#1 Find a business that ‘Jives’ with your personality.

First, and foremost, your most important decision should be to look for a company whose products and culture are right for you.

Sounds like a no brainer, I know.. but you can’t believe how many people make the mistake of basing their entire decision on the compensation plan alone. They don’t get that people are not going to want to join their business if they feel that they are ‘just in it’ for the money. Would you?

Make sure the company and the products are something that you can TRULY believe in-something you can be PASSIONATE about. If not, just say “NEXT!”

#2 What is the experience level of the ‘actual’ company management?

Regardless of whether a company is in pre-launch or it has been around for a while, make sure you look at who is behind this company and what they have achieved to date. A large majority of companies will fail mainly due to a lack of proven management, business expertise and a lack of network marketing experience.

Although you should be very cautious of start up companies and pretty much ignore any claims of a “rare ground floor” opportunity, you shouldn’t overlook them completely.

If you find solid leadership backed by solid experience in the network marketing industry, you’re on the track to finding a true home in this industry that will help you create a lifestyle that is beyond your imagination.

#3 The compensation plan should be “front end” or a “GPT” plan

The only compensation plan model I would even consider these days is one with a “front end plan” or a concept called GPT (Get Paid Today). This involves upfront commissions paid on every sale as opposed to larger commissions paid some time in the future.

You’ll need cash flow and so will your team members so this is critical key component to keep motivation high. This will help keep you in “money” as you grow your revenues and keep your attrition rate at a minimum.

I think as the “GPT” concept continues to gain popularity, we will see more and more new companies adopt some form of this in their compensation plan.

Bottom line, network marketing can sometimes be very perplexing and tricky in the beginning, especially if you do not have the right tools available.

It is CRITICAL in the beginning stages that you seek a good mentor to help shorten your learning curve and help you to develop smaller bite-size goals in order to prevent frustration.

Your overall success will be dependent upon having a bunch of smaller successes to feed off of to get you through the tough times.
